Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, visits, referrals, and online platforms
- Approach potential clients and explain company products/services
- Fix meetings and coordinate with the sales or management team
- Maintain and update lead data, CRM, and follow-up records
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good convincing and presentation abilities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B / B2C sales
- Industry-specific experience (Interiors, IT, Manufacturing, Real Estate, etc.)
- Two-wheeler with valid license (if field sales role)
