Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, visits, referrals, and online platforms
  • Approach potential clients and explain company products/services
  • Fix meetings and coordinate with the sales or management team
  • Maintain and update lead data, CRM, and follow-up records
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good convincing and presentation abilities
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B / B2C sales
  • Industry-specific experience (Interiors, IT, Manufacturing, Real Estate, etc.)
  • Two-wheeler with valid license (if field sales role)
