Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large Excel datasets, creating meaningful visualizations, and delivering accurate weekly and monthly reports that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Review, clean, and process large volumes of Excel data

Analyze datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights

Create clear and impactful visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards

Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports with comparative analysis against previous periods

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all reports

Meet reporting deadlines and manage multiple data tasks efficiently

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle large datasets with high attention to detail

Strong time management skills and ability to meet reporting timelines

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation

Experience in automated reporting and trend analysis

Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
