Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and responsible Receptionist cum Showroom In-Charge to manage the front office and overall showroom operations for our kitchen interiors showroom. The candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product and service information
• Manage showroom operations and ensure the showroom is presentable at all times
• Coordinate with sales, design, and site teams
• Maintain customer records, enquiries, and follow-ups
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and emails
• Schedule appointments with designers and sales executives
• Monitor showroom stock samples and displays
• Support billing, quotations, and basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Any graduate / Plus Two (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in receptionist, showroom, or customer-facing roles
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email)
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
