Academic Counsellor

Location: Kochi Experience: 2–3 Years Industry: Health & Safety Training / Education We Are Hiring – Academic Counsellor We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor with experience in educational course sales. Candidates with prior experience in selling Health & Safety training programs such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO Lead Auditor, and related professional qualifications are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective learners and guide them on suitable training programs. Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms. Convert enquiries into enrolments and achieve sales targets. Maintain learner records and follow-ups in CRM. Build strong relationships with learners and clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner experience. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in educational course sales. Knowledge of NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO Lead Auditor, or similar HSE courses. Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills. Experience in the HSE training industry will be an added advantage.
