Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accountant cum Admin to manage accounting activities, administrative operations, and day-to-day office coordination. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting practices, documentation, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle invoicing, billing, payments, and expense tracking.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare reports and assist in financial documentation.
Handle office administration and coordination activities.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field.
Experience in accounting and administration preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
