# Admin & HR Manager
**Location:** Palarivattom, Kochi
**Salary:** ₹3.6 – ₹6 LPA
## Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Admin & HR Manager to oversee human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, office administration, compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
## Key Responsibilities
### Human Resources
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
* Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
* Handle employee relations and grievance resolution.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
* Coordinate training and development activities.
### Administration
* Oversee daily office administration and facility management.
* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
* Manage office assets, supplies, and administrative requirements.
* Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and support services.
* Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative support for management.
* Monitor office maintenance, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.
## Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3–8 years of experience in HR and Administration functions.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee management, and office administration.
* Familiarity with labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management software.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience in the Interior Design, Construction, Architecture, or related industry is preferred.
* Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Professional attitude with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
