Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to support the daily administrative operations of an Orthotics & Prosthetics healthcare company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-office and back-office administrative activities, coordinating patient appointments, maintaining records, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with clinicians, prosthetists, orthotists, and other departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain inventory records of orthotic and prosthetic devices, consumables, and office supplies.
Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and documentation.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and digital records.
Prepare reports, MIS, and other administrative documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare documentation standards.
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks whenever required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Candidate Profile
1–3
years of experience
in Administration, Office Administration, or Clinic Administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience
with ERP, Hospital Management Software (HMS), or CRM systems is an added advantage.
