Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee the sales performance and business growth of our Kolenchery and Thripunithura branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and leading multiple teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the overall sales performance of both branches
Develop and implement business growth strategies
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
Lead, train, and motivate branch teams to meet targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for management
Oversee portfolio management and ensure risk control
Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning
Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of experience in the financial services sector
Proven experience in managing multiple teams and driving business growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in banking, NBFC, or investment services
