Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Admin cum Accountant to handle administrative and accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing daily office operations and financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records and financial documents.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and receipts.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily transactions.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
- Prepare reports using Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Support administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and banks.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.
Requirements
- B.Com or equivalent qualification (M.Com preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
