Job Description
Job Purpose:
To assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities that enhance brand visibility, increase customer footfall, support sales growth, and strengthen customer engagement across retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate seasonal sales promotions, festive campaigns, store openings, and special events.
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media, website updates, SMS, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with showroom managers to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Assist in managing advertising agencies, media partners, printers, and other vendors.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and analysis.
• Support customer loyalty programs and customer database management.
• Ensure proper brand presentation, visual merchandising support, and promotional material deployment across stores.
• Monitor marketing budgets and control campaign-related expenses.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, fashion events, and local marketing activities.
Qualification:
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in textile, fashion, apparel, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Exposure to both traditional and digital marketing activities is preferred.

Overall Objective:
To support the Marketing Manager in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and retail sales performance through effective planning and execution of marketing activities across the textile retail business unit.
