Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Back Office Executive – AMC Sales to support and drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in tele sales, customer follow-up, lead conversion, and sales closing. Strong communication and customer handling skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Contact existing and potential customers through phone calls.
Promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Follow up with customers regarding AMC renewals and service requirements.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Coordinate with the service and technical teams for customer support.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or AMC Sales.
Proven experience in sales closing and target achievement.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
