We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager / Assistant Manager to oversee branch operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, and leading the team to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily branch operations efficiently
Ensure compliance with internal policies and lending protocols
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team
Drive business growth by achieving monthly targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards
Prepare reports and track branch performance metrics
Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant experience (Gold Loan experience preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
Target-driven with a proactive approach
