Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data across various departments. The ideal candidate will use data-driven insights to improve business performance, identify operational inefficiencies, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze operational data from Production, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Finance, Quality Control, and HR departments. Work closely with departmental heads to identify data requirements and ensure accurate and consistent data collection. Analyze data using statistical tools and methodologies to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and business insights. Create interactive and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports using Power BI and other data visualization tools. Maintain and update business performance dashboards to monitor KPIs related to manufacturing efficiency, cost management, productivity, and product quality. Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, operational risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and implement data-driven solutions. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to the Director and senior management. Develop data models, forecasts, and predictive analyses to support business planning and decision-making. Prepare business cases for new initiatives, process improvements, and technology implementations. Assist in identifying operational risks and compliance issues and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Maintain and update data repositories and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Ensure that data security and confidentiality standards are properly followed. Support management with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven reports whenever required. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Knowledge of data visualization, statistical analysis, and reporting. Understanding of KPIs, business performance metrics, and data analysis techniques. Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful business insights. Good communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple departments. Ability to convert complex data into clear and actionable recommendations. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Operations Analytics will be an advantage.
