Job Description
Role Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants to generate business opportunities for the company . The role focuses on client engagement, showroom coordination, project opportunity tracking, follow-ups, and account development through continuous relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Development
Identify and engage architects, interior designers, and consultants from the assigned database
Build and maintain professional relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups
Develop new business accounts and maintain continuous client interaction
Showroom Engagement & Events
Invite clients for showroom visits and experience sessions
Conduct showroom tours and coordinate customer hospitality
Organize product presentations, designer meets, and engagement activities
Ensure a professional and welcoming customer experience during visits and events
Follow-Up & Account Management
Conduct follow-up visits after showroom visits or client events
Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts
Update CRM records, visit reports, and account activities
Project Opportunity Tracking
Collect information regarding ongoing and upcoming projects
Identify project requirements and business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for project support and execution
Site Visits & Coordination
Attend customer meetings and project site visits when required
Coordinate with clients and internal teams during project discussions

Deliver a customer-focused and relationship-driven experience
Take ownership beyond routine follow-ups and meetings
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and support
Represent the Company brand professionally during all customer interactions
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Multilingual communication ability, including Hindi, preferred
Relationship-building and customer-handling skills
Professional presentation and grooming
Good follow-up and time management skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Qualification & Experience:
BDE Trainee
MBA preferred
Strong communication skills required
Freshers may apply

Graduate or MBA preferred
Prior experience in business development, sales, customer engagement, or relationship management is an advantage
