# Business Development Representative (BDR) / Lead Generation Specialist

## Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified B2B leads and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
## Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations.
* Qualify leads based on business needs and predefined criteria.
* Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and appointments with qualified prospects.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM system.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
* Achieve lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
## Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Outbound Sales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification.
* Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
* Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the regional language.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to handle rejection positively.
