# Chief Operating Officer (COO)
**Salary:** ₹10.2 – ₹15 LPA
## Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead business operations, drive growth initiatives, and strengthen organizational performance. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in the residential/commercial construction or interior industry, with a proven track record in business development, franchise expansion, operational excellence, and leadership.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the company's presence in the residential and commercial construction/interior sector.
* Lead business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and establish strategic partnerships.
* Drive franchise development and expansion across Kerala by establishing scalable systems, processes, and operational standards.
* Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, collection, and business growth targets.
* Monitor and improve organizational performance through effective planning, execution, and performance management.
* Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning.
* Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Handle crisis situations, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective actions proactively.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term business vision and strategic direction.
* Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to track organizational success.
## Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
* Proven leadership experience in the construction, interior design, real estate, or related industry.
* Strong business development and franchise management experience.
* Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets, collections, and operational goals.
* Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
* Strong understanding of business operations, process development, and organizational management.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to make strategic decisions and lead organizational growth initiatives.
