Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, handle queries, and ensure customer satisfaction for our dairy products. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email
Handle customer inquiries related to dairy products (milk, curd, butter, etc.)
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
Maintain and update customer records in Excel or CRM
Follow up with customers for orders, deliveries, and feedback
Coordinate with the delivery and logistics team for smooth order fulfillment
Support the sales team in converting leads into customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English and local language)
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Ability to handle calls and follow-ups
Positive attitude and patience
