Customer Relationship Executive

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Interior / Architectural Firm) Location: Edappally, Kochi Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our interior/architectural firm in Edappally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a bridge between clients and the design/execution team. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Coordinate with designers, architects, and project teams to ensure smooth communication Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business Follow up with clients regarding project updates and timelines Maintain customer records, project details, and communication logs Assist in converting leads into clients through effective communication Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client relationship role s ( experience in interior/architecture industry is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Basic knowledge of interior design or architectural processes is preferred Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Key Skills: Communication & Negotiation Client Handling Relationship Management Time Management Team Coordination Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
