Role Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing front office activities, customer coordination, follow-ups, feedback collection, and overall customer experience standards within the showroom. The role acts as the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Reception Management
Welcome and greet walk-in customers professionally
Manage showroom reception and front office activities
Collect and maintain customer enquiry and visitor details
Ensure proper coordination and smooth customer flow within the showroom
Customer Coordination & Experience
Coordinate customer handover to showroom executives with minimum waiting time
Ensure customers receive a professional and positive showroom experience
Monitor customer comfort, hospitality, and engagement during showroom visits
Encourage satisfied customers to provide Google reviews professionally
Follow-Up & Feedback Management
Conduct customer follow-up calls after showroom visits
Collect customer feedback within 1 working day
Escalate customer concerns or complaints to the relevant department
Maintain proper records of customer feedback and follow-up status
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with showroom executives and internal teams for customer support
Support enquiry handling and customer communication
Maintain front office discipline, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Additional Expectations:
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Ensure customers feel valued and attended throughout their showroom visit
Support smooth communication between customers and showroom staff
Represent the company brand professionally during all customer interactions
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation and customer handling ability
Professional presentation and grooming
Front office and coordination skills
Multitasking and follow-up capability
Basic MS Office knowledge
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate preferred
Freshers may apply
Prior experience in front office, customer service, reception, or customer relationship roles is an advantage
