## Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) **Location:** Kochi, Kerala **Industry:** IT / Technology **Job Type:** Full-time ### Job Description We are looking for a **Customer Relationship Executive** to manage client interactions, address customer queries, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. ### Key Responsibilities * Handle customer enquiries through calls, messages, and other communication channels. * Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. * Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. * Follow up with clients and ensure timely resolution of queries. * Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns. * Maintain customer records and update follow-up details. * Support customer retention and business development activities. ### Requirements * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools. * Prior experience in customer service, CRE, or IT-related roles is preferred. * Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
