Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling inquiries, follow-ups, and service coordination while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments and services.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service.
Provide excellent customer support and maintain positive relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused and well-organized.
