Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support & Service Executive to join our growing solar energy company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, handling service requests, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the service lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
Handle customer complaints, service requests, and follow up until resolution.
Coordinate with the technical/service team to schedule installations, maintenance, and repair visits.
Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and support documentation.
Track and update the status of customer service requests.
Educate customers about solar products, warranties, AMC, and service procedures.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Prepare service reports and maintain daily MIS records.
Support after-sales service activities and maintain regular customer follow-ups.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Experience in the solar, electrical, renewable energy, or engineering industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and the local language (Hindi is an added advantage).
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and basic computer applications.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer queries and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of solar PV systems and after-sales service processes.
Experience in complaint handling and service coordination.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
