Job Description
MakerGhat is seeking a strategic Ecosystem & Partnerships Head to drive multi-state program expansion and manage national-level collaborations. This person will manage relationships across district leadership, NGOs, and funders to drive multi-state scale-up. This person will orchestrate the ecosystem, ensuring aligned implementation, mutual accountability, and shared ownership.
This role will ensure seamless coordination between implementation partners, government bodies, and funders—building an ecosystem that supports large-scale impact.
Reports to: MakerGhat Founders
Manages:
CTC: INR 24 to 28 Lakhs
Responsibilities and Duties
Partnership Development & Management
Identify, onboard, and manage partners across 12 states.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government and donor stakeholders.
Program Implementation & Operations
Oversee national-level execution of programs ensuring quality and consistency.
Support regional teams in systems setup, monitoring, and reporting.
Strategic Growth & Representation
Represent MakerGhat in key forums and collaborative platforms.
Identify new opportunities for program scaling and partnerships.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
7+ years of experience in partnerships or program management roles in education or social development.
Proven ability to manage large-scale collaborations and multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and systems management skills.
Preferred:
Prior experience working with state or central government bodies.
Understanding of STEM or experiential learning ecosystems.
Master’s degree in Public Policy, Development, or Management.
