Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing accurate project estimates, BOQs, cost analysis, and material take-offs while coordinating with the design, procurement, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs. Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors. Coordinate with the design and execution teams for accurate project costing. Prepare project budgets and cost comparisons. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Maintain estimation records and pricing databases. Assist in tender preparation and submission. Support the procurement team with quantity verification and material planning. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost estimation. Ability to read architectural, interior, and MEP drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
