Event Manager

Experienced Event Manager Location: Kochi, Kerala We are looking for a passionate, creative, and result-oriented Event Manager to join our growing team. Position Experienced Event Manager Experience 5–Years in Event Management or a related industry. Key Responsibilities * Plan, manage, and execute corporate, social, cultural, and government events from concept to completion. * Meet clients, understand their requirements, and develop creative event concepts and proposals. * Prepare event budgets, timelines, production schedules, and project plans. * Coordinate with vendors, artists, venues, production teams, decorators, and technical partners. * Lead event setup, rehearsals, execution, and dismantling while ensuring quality standards. * Manage client communication and maintain strong long-term relationships. * Handle procurement, negotiations, and vendor management. * Ensure smooth coordination among internal departments and external stakeholders. * Solve on-site challenges efficiently under pressure. * Maintain event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations. * Support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting in client presentations. Required Skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail. * Expertise in event planning, budgeting, and execution. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools. * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required. Qualification * Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Relevant certifications in Event Management are an added advantage.
