Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, handling client communications, and supporting onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and schedules.
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including Google Meet sessions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Arrange business travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
• Handle client communications and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and coordination activities.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and administrative tasks on behalf of executives.
• Track deadlines, meetings, and important business commitments.
• Maintain records, reports, and confidential documents.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Google Meet, Gmail, Google Docs) and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
