We are looking for a dynamic and energetic F&B Operational Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations of our 3-star hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service knowledge, and the ability to manage daily restaurant and banquet operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise restaurant, banquet, and service staff.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
Resolve guest complaints and operational issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and food safety regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in F&B operations within hotels, resorts, or hospitality establishments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and hospitality standards.
