Fabrication Supervisor/Manager

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor/Manager to oversee fabrication operations, manage production activities, and lead the shop floor team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in fabrication processes and excellent leadership skills to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily fabrication and production activities. Lead, guide, and coordinate fabrication teams to achieve production targets. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the fabrication process. Plan and monitor fabrication schedules for timely project completion. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and customer specifications. Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor material utilization and reduce production wastage. Prepare daily work reports and production updates. Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in the fabrication industry. Strong knowledge of Welding, Fabrication, Sheet Metal Bending, and Pipe Bending. Experience handling Steel and Mild Steel (MS) fabrication projects. Ability to manage production teams and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This is a management role focused on planning, supervision, and workforce management. Preferred Skills Strong organizational and work management abilities. Knowledge of fabrication drawings and quality standards. Experience in customer-specific fabrication projects.
