Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand market reach and drive sales growth in the food products segment. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors on a daily basis
Promote and sell food products to potential customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in FMCG/food products)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area
Basic knowledge of local market and retailers
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is preferred
Malayalam proficiency is mandatory
