Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer- Front Desk & Administration to manage front desk operations and ensure a positive experience for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor logs and front office records.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle courier services, mail distribution, and office supplies.
Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and records using MS Office applications.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Previous experience in an IT company will be preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Candidates from Kochi or those willing to relocate to Kochi are preferred.
Female candidates are preferred.
