**Job Title:** HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced **HR Executive** to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance within a manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
* Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
* Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities.
* Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.
* Work closely with department heads to support manpower requirements and HR initiatives.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* **Minimum 5 years of experience in HR**, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
