# HR Executive **Location:** Kochi, Kerala ## We Are Hiring! We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **HR Executive** to join our Bar Attached Hotel in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive work environment. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees. * Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. * Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing. * Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. * Conduct employee induction, training, and performance review coordination. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and workforce planning. * Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities. * Prepare HR reports and support management with HR-related initiatives. ## Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
