# HR Executive **Location:** Kochi **Salary:** ₹35,000 per month (₹4.2 LPA) ## Job Summary Pentau Steel Structures is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills and be capable of handling HR functions efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. * Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation. * Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs. * Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives. * Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution. * Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures. * Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases. * Coordinate training and development activities. * Support payroll inputs and attendance management. * Assist management in implementing HR policies and organizational initiatives. ## Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment. * Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word. * Ability to handle confidential information professionally. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ## Preferred Skills * Experience in the manufacturing, engineering, or steel fabrication industry will be an advantage. * Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ## Industry Steel Structures / Engineering / Manufacturing ## Employment Type Full-Time
