We are looking for an experienced Insurance Manager to lead and grow our insurance business . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both Life Insurance and Health Insurance, along with team management, client acquisition, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop Life Insurance and Health Insurance business.
Lead, guide, and monitor the insurance sales team.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and policy-related queries.
Achieve business targets through effective sales and relationship management.
Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance partners.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance and Health Insurance sales.
Proven team handling experience.
Strong calling, customer handling, and business closing abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Experience in financial services, insurance distribution, or brokerage firms preferred.
