The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer calls, promoting products/services, and converting potential leads into sales. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound international sales calls. - Communicate effectively with international customers. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. - Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales. - Follow up with potential customers to close sales. - Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals. - Maintain accurate customer records and call details. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in voice sales or international voice processes. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam. - Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle customer objections confidently. - Target-oriented with a positive attitude. - Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
