We are looking for an ITI Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines as per job specifications and production requirements.
- Load and unload materials correctly.
- Monitor machine operation, production speed, and quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues.
- Make basic machine adjustments during production.
- Follow job cards, production schedules, and work instructions.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic daily maintenance.
- Identify machine issues and report breakdowns to the Production Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements:
- ITI qualification in a relevant trade.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
- Ability to follow safety and work instructions.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work in a production environment.
