Job Description – Junior Graphic Designer Experience: 1 Year Work Mode: Work from home Employment Type: Full-time CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹4.8 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and quality of work) Reports To: Graphic Designer Job Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the design and development of visually engaging educational content. The role involves working on curriculum materials, designing creative learning spaces, and developing digital and print assets for social media and outreach. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, education, and creative storytelling. Key Responsibilities Design visually engaging layouts and illustrations for curriculum and educational content while following brand guidelines Support the design of spatial and visual elements for makerspaces and learning environments in schools Create creative assets for social media, campaigns, and outreach initiatives Design posters, presentation templates, and other print and digital materials as required Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen and enhance the overall visual identity of programs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop Strong understanding of aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Passion for education, creativity, and social impact Good communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt Experience designing for educational content, curriculum, or learning environments is an added advantage
