Lab Technician

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests, maintain accurate records, and support diagnostic procedures efficiently. The candidate should have experience in handling laboratory equipment and ensuring quality standards in the lab. Key Responsibilities • Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately • Perform routine laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment properly • Prepare test reports and maintain laboratory records • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards within the laboratory • Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff regarding test results • Follow quality control procedures and laboratory protocols • Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents Requirements • B.Sc MLT qualification • 2–4 years of experience as a Lab Technician • Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment handling • Basic computer knowledge and report documentation skills • Ability to work accurately and efficiently • Tamil Nadu registration is mandatory
