Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Admin to handle daily administrative and basic operational activities in our company. The candidate should be able to manage office coordination, customer calls, billing support, and basic sales and purchase records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide basic support.
Manage new client inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
Attend and respond to compliance-related calls and coordination.
Maintain sales and purchase records.
Support basic billing and office documentation work.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
Maintain proper filing and data entry records.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in office administration or related roles.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage office responsibilities.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented attitude.
