Job Title: Operations Head Location: Calicut & Kochi Experience Required: 5+ Years Industry: Interior Based Company Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Head to oversee and manage overall business operations. The candidate should be capable of handling Project Managers, Sales Teams, and Design Teams while ensuring smooth coordination and timely project execution. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across projects and departments Manage and coordinate Project Managers, Sales, and Design teams Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Monitor team performance and improve productivity Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency Maintain quality standards across all projects Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction Prepare operational reports and present to management Support business growth and revenue targets Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations/project management Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in handling multi-department teams Good knowledge of project execution and client handling Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in construction/interior/project-based companies Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong planning and execution capability Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
