Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to manage patient appointments, communication, and coordination within the healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and prior experience in hospital or clinic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups
• Assist patients with treatment-related information and hospital procedures
• Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, messages, and direct interaction
• Maintain accurate patient records and schedules with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth operations
• Support admission and discharge processes when required
• Ensure a positive patient experience through professional communication
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and reports
Requirements
• Degree / PG qualification
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospitals or healthcare sector
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
• Ability to handle patients professionally and empathetically
