Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and scaling ad campaigns, generating quality leads, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Manage the complete ad campaign lifecycle, including audience research, campaign setup, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven decisions.
Generate high-quality leads and work closely with the sales team to maximize conversions.
Follow up with marketing leads and assist in closing potential clients.
Create compelling ad copy and coordinate creative requirements with the design team.
Track key performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends.
Support overall digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and business growth.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of lead generation strategies and sales funnel management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
