The candidate will be responsible for managing production operations, coordinating workers, and ensuring timely completion of orders while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily production operations and achieve production targets. Lead, supervise, and schedule the production team. Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards. Monitor workflow and resolve production-related issues. Maintain daily production reports and records. Ensure workplace safety and operational efficiency. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience in a gifting, printing, manufacturing, or related industry will be an added advantage.
