Develop robust frameworks, curriculums, and learning pathways that integrate technical rigor with experiential learning.
Collaborate with Product, M&E, and Ecosystem teams to ensure alignment between pedagogy, materials, and delivery models.

Serve as the technical anchor for MakerGhat’s learning innovations — ensuring programs are grounded in sound educational and technological principles.
Provide thought leadership in emerging domains such as AI education, digital fabrication, and future-ready STEM skills.
Shape the roadmap for infrastructure, tools, and technology investments that strengthen program quality and impact.
Quality & Systems Development
Build and institutionalize systems to ensure quality, scalability, and consistency across programs and partner ecosystems.
Design feedback loops and performance metrics to measure learning outcomes and continuously improve design and delivery.
Mentor and guide implementation teams to uphold technical and pedagogical excellence across contexts.

Must-Have:
7+ years of experience in education program design, product development, or technical leadership within STEM or maker learning contexts.
Proven ability to architect large-scale programs that integrate pedagogy, technology, and infrastructure.
Strong understanding of experiential learning, teacher development, and program evaluation systems.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution across teams.
Preferred:
Experience designing or leading AI/Robotics labs, makerspaces, or technology-enabled learning environments.
Exposure to state or national education programs or system-level scale-up efforts.
Master’s degree in Education, Engineering, Design, Development Studies, or a related field.
Why Join MakerGhat
MakerGhat, as the collective’s anchor, is already building open assets, supporting early adopter states, and cultivating a growing community of partners. However, to move from pilots to systems and ensure long-term sustainability, we would like to proactively institutionalize this leadership capacity now.
This strategic investment in four core roles will enable the collective to:
Design and uphold quality standards across all programs and states.
Build a trusted ecosystem of partners, governments, and funders.
Generate and share evidence of what works through strong M&E.
Craft a compelling national narrative that positions STEM as central to India’s education story.
