Project Manager – Construction & Interior Projects **Salary:** ₹4.8 – ₹7.8 LPA ## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage residential and commercial construction and interior projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction, interior fit-outs, project coordination, and team management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise multiple project sites through Engineers, Designers, Project Coordinators, and other project stakeholders. * Plan, execute, monitor, and control residential and commercial construction and interior projects. * Coordinate structural, civil, interior, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) activities to ensure seamless project execution. * Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and resource allocation. * Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. * Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to maintain project timelines. * Manage procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers and contractors. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project-related agreements with vendors. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. * Prepare project progress reports and conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders. * Drive project completion within target timelines and organizational objectives. ## Requirements * Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction and interior project management. * Proven experience handling residential and commercial construction projects. * Strong knowledge of structural, civil, interior, and MEP works. * Experience in vendor management, procurement, contract negotiation, and site supervision. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines. ## Preferred Skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Knowledge of project management software and MS Office applications. * Experience in target-driven project execution and client management. * Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. ## Industry Construction / Interior Design / Project Management ## Employment Type Full-Time
