We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our clinic in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing appointments and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and visitors.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Maintain patient records and update information accurately.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth daily operations.
Manage billing, payments, and basic administrative duties.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role is preferred.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
