Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment operations for multiple companies under the same management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, manpower planning, and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Manage hiring requirements for multiple companies and departments
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
Schedule and coordinate interviews with management and candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates
Requirements:
MBA in HR / Recruitment
Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in Recruitment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Leadership and team coordination skills preferred
Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing methods
