Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Business Manager to lead and expand our presence in the Chennai market. This role is ideal for a proactive individual contributor with a strong “hunter” mindset who can identify opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and close deals across a range of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and establish a strong market presence in Chennai
Identify, engage, and build relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers
Generate and manage a high-quality sales pipeline
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently
Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
Key Focus Areas
Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Cybersecurity solutions
Data and AI solutions
IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, end-user computing)
Required Qualifications & Experience
5–10 years of experience in IT sales or system integration
Strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, and IT infrastructure solutions
Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth
Established network within the Chennai business ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
