Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Retention Manager to manage customer follow-ups, coordinate with drivers, and ensure smooth service operations. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring accurate payment collection.
Retention Managers primarily focus on maintaining strong customer relationships, reducing churn, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle regular follow-ups with customers regarding bookings and services
Coordinate effectively with drivers for trip schedules and updates
Ensure smooth execution of daily travel operations
Monitor and confirm timely and accurate payment collection
Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions
Address customer concerns and provide prompt resolutions
Supervise daily operations and ensure high service quality
Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction
Track service performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer handling / operations / retention
Valid 2-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and manage operational responsibilities efficiently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-focused approach
