Job Description – Sales & Customer Experience Executive Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala Designation: Sales & Customer Experience Executive Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Additional Benefits: TA / Daily Allowance (up to ₹3,000 per month) + Incentives Job Overview Is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Sales & Customer Experience Executive to handle customer enquiries, build relationships, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. The candidate will help customers choose suitable experiences and coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure a smooth booking process. Key Responsibilities - Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other business channels. - Understand customer requirements, preferences, budgets, and event details. - Explain offerings, including board-game experiences, celebration packages, membership plans, and corporate events. - Recommend suitable packages and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. - Follow up with interested customers and negotiate professionally to close sales. - Maintain accurate customer information, lead details, and follow-up records in the CRM system. - Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding bookings and special customer requirements. - Confirm booking details and ensure a smooth handover to the Operations Team. - Attend corporate client meetings when required. - Maintain good customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat bookings. Requirements - Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or a related service-based industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong telephone communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Customer-focused attitude with the ability to convert leads into sales. - Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM software. - Good organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work from the office in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi. - Interest in board games and customer experiences will be an added advantage. Salary & Incentives - Fixed salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and suitability. - TA / Daily Allowance: Up to ₹3,000 per month. - Incentives: Up to 5% of quarterly billings directly influenced by the employee, subject to achieving the target in at least 2 out of 3 months. - Incentives are settled with the fourth month's salary.
